This is a bit confusing on what ur trying to convey, but I'll do my best to help here.

Signing Up:

Go to https://fwkzt.com/
Click the button that says 'Register'
Once the registration page has loaded, press the steam icon to login to your steam account
After you successfully log into your steam account, you should be logged into Fwkzt
If your having any troubles trying to sign up, make a ticket on the discord

Applying For Member:

Go to https://fwkzt.com/apply/ ensure u are logged in
Click on 'Membership'
Fill out all the information and click 'Submit' when u have finished
