Cool down 6 minutes [ for balance ]
only allowed 5 of these trinkets [ also depending on the population size of the server]
1 - 5 Players = 1 trinket
5 - 10 Players = 2 trinkets
15 - N/A Players = 5 trinkets

- Improved medical healing [ basically stronger med kits and healing items] but only for teamates
